A New Baby is a Big Deal.
Adding a new baby to your family means change—for your body, emotions, relationships and family dynamics.
I provide support in the first weeks or months as you integrate your new baby into your life and discover your own way of being their parent.
I provide whole-family nurturing, and evidence-based information, guidance, and support — on everything from birth recovery to newborn care and feeding, to family bonding.
